Business Manager, Triathlon Retail Store, Windsor

B2P is a triathlon store catering for beginners to professional athletes and everyone in between, specialising in the sports premiere brands.

Our business is growing rapidly and looking for an expert retail manager to manage the growth and join our successful team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and be expected to expand both the online and bricks and mortar business as well as help manage the shops very successful triathlon team, so a very keen interest in triathlon is a must.

Salary £25k (negotiable, depending on experience) plus an attractive bonus system

Have a service focused management style

Assistant Manager / Bike Specialist

This is an opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing and successful triathlon store in Windsor.

The role is extremely varied and jobs will include:

• Driving sales whilst maintaining the high standards of customer service associated with the store
• Taking ownership of bike and cycle accessories in store and online.
• Managing and developing the B2P online store
• Manage and participate in training activities with B2P Tri Club
• Operating wetsuit rentals at a busy open water swimming venue in the summer months.
• Expo and event work at numerous running/triathlon races.
• This role will suit someone who is a recent graduate or currently working in a retail environment and looking to further their career. It is important they have a passion for sport, especially those relevant to triathlon.
