By completing an order with B2P Sports you agree to the following website terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of your purchase on www.b2psports.com

Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery and all prices are in pound sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices shown will include the appropriate rate of UK VAT, if you are purchasing outside the EU, VAT rates will be calculated appropriately.

The prices and products on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.

B2P Sports Limited reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided only as a guide. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Amendments to orders can be made by contacting us via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.

B2P Sports will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours if a chosen product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will then suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.

Colours shown should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on our website.

 Item Size

Where applicable, our website provides sizing charts to assist you in making the right size selection before purchasing. Please view these charts to make sure you have the right fit.

If a product is not suitable and you require an alternate size, colour or style, we will refund or exchange goods. The customer is required to pay for return postage to us, however, we will pay for returned postage to the customer.

Charges

All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and shipping costs relate to total order amount.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that prices DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that may be incurred by you and we are not responsible for any restrictions that result from the importation of certain products into various countries.

Delivery

All of our UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail and a signature may be required to accept registered goods. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to UK P.O. Boxes. Goods delivered within the UK will take three to seven working days. Please note we take no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.

Orders & Payments

At this time, all payments must be made in Pound Sterling (GBP). Orders and payments can be made online through www.b2psports.com, over the phone by calling 01753 857180, via fax, posted or in person at 119 Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1RU.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about a purchase you have made from www.b2psports.com, we are happy to exchange unused, unopened and unworn products. All additional postage costs will be at the your own expense. However, if a product is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.

You must contact us either by phone, fax or email regarding any exchange/refund return of product prior to return within 30-days of original dispatch date. If you need to refund or exchange an item, please call us at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us.

We are happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons we ask that you wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

If you have selected an incorrect size we will offer you a refund or exchange. In these cases you are required to pay for return postage to B2P Sports and the additional postage on the replacement item to be sent to you.

Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return. Clothing for return must be returned within 30-days.

Please contact us either by email (info@b2psports.com) or telephone (01753 857180) before returning an item. When returning any item(s), please wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt (you will have received this with your order), the reason for returning the item(s), and send to the following address: B2P Sports, 119 Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1RU.

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original account of payment. Please note that we take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We therefore recommend that you insure items before sending them back to us.

Privacy Policy

To process online orders, it is necessary to obtain personal information about you. Please contact us with any changes and update in your personal information at any time.

Please note that online purchases made using a credit or debit card are managed in a secure environment with your card details not being viewed or retained by the B2P Sports website. Your payment details are encrypted securely and transmitted between our shopping cart and your bank using SagePay.

Unless you have stated otherwise, B2P Sports and selected 3rd parties may from time-to-time communicate with via your stated contact details with updates and offers we feel would be of interest to you. B2P Sports Price Match Terms and Conditions

In the event that you find the same product cheaper elsewhere online or in store, we'll match their price or refund the difference up to 7 days after purchase. The item must be publicly available for purchase from a UK based shop or website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment. The item must be currently available in stock, in the same colour and size of the product you wish to price match on www.b2psports.com or in the B2P store. The item must be brand new and identical to that which is for sale on www.b2psports.com or in the B2P store.

The price comparison must include VAT and any duty that must be paid in the UK in relation to the item. Auction websites and online marketplaces including but not limited to eBay and Amazon are excluded. Pricing errors in competitor stores and on competitor websites cannot be price matched. This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time. The price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The price match guarantee is available up to seven days after purchase.

Wetsuit Rental Terms and Conditions

Upon booking your rental online we will endeavour to send out your wetsuit by recorded delivery within 24hrs. All suits sent out will be in a good condition but if there is any minor damage that has previously been incurred this will be identified on a accompanying 'wetsuit summary sheet'. Upon delivery please inspect the suit, if there is any additional damage which is not specified on the 'wetsuit summary sheet' please notify us via email (please attach pictures) within 48hrs, otherwise we will charge you for the damage upon receiving the wetsuit back. Additional charges include : Small nicks/rips (less than 2cm long) £10, If the suit is ripped (greater than 2cm) so that it is no longer useable/repairable you will be charged for the full RRP of the wetsuit, £220.

All rental wetsuits sent will be the 2XU T:2 for or an equivalent model, the rental suit will be worth a minimum of £220 which will be charged to your card if the suit is not returned or is returned in an unusable condition (B2P Sports reserve the right to determine what classifies as 'useable condition'). To guarantee a brand new suit for season rentals we may have to change the model from time to time. However you are guaranteed to receive a brand new suit.

If you wish to extend the rental period then you may do so by calling 01753 857180. You will be charged the remaining cost to cover the requested rental period. Any wetsuits that do not arrive within 24 hours of the return date will be charged at a rate of £25 per day until the suit arrives.

Once the wetsuit has left B2P Sports the suit is your responsibility, you will need to sign for the suit when it is delivered so please select your delivery address carefully so that this is possible.

If you do not receive your wetsuit in time for your event as you were not present to sign for it we take no responsibility for you not having the wetsuit in time for your event. No refunds will be issued for a wetsuit if you are not present at the address to sign for the delivery.

As events are usually cancelled at the last minute we cannot issue refunds. We are able to offer 50% of the rental cost as credit for another rental in the same year.

Please return you rented wetsuit by the date specified on your email from B2P Sports. This will be seen on the confirmation email we send you once you have rented the wetsuit. This is date of receipt at B2P Sports, not the date of dispatch from you.

(We recommend that you send the wetsuit back recorded delivery so that you have proof of dispatch, until we have signed for the suit it is your responsibility).
